Where I’m At On This Year’s Challenge

My Dear and Beloved Fans, Friends, Fiends, Foes, Forgetful Ones, and Forgotten Ones,

Here’s the haps:

I really think that taking up the challenge of doing National Blog Post Month and challenges of its ilk help me a lot. I have kind of looked over the patterns of my postings blogwide over the course of time and if I don’t have a commitment of some sort I can wind up going weeks at a time without posting which is, in my mind, unacceptable. Then when I do make a post I feel awkward and self-conscious because so much time has passed.

However, anyone who is currently breathing and reading this blog should be aware that time is a very valuable commodity. Even though, because of some health limitations of Mrs. Herb and TNT, we have not made a lot of big plans this year and don’t intend to have up to 40 or 50 people around for Thanksgiving there is still a lot to do and I have been selected to be the narrator of our Christmas Program at church this year so practices for that will take up time.
