Sorry, folks, but there’s nothing to see here, this time around. I am sick with what I will call, in an effort to be genteel, a stomach bug. I have spent the day subsisting on nothing else besides saltine crackers (dry, no butter) and herbal teas. Oh, and some Gatorade.

Yikes!! Hope you feel better. Most of my family’s been plagued with food poisoning, as have a few friends. There’s a terrible bug going around here as well…

Ewwww! Praying you get better soon, Herb! Keep nibbling on those crackers and drinking Sprite or 7up! Those worked for me when I was pregnant and having morning sickness.
